How fast is the AI File Service?
For supported datasets, automated processing is completed very quickly. Actual duration may vary depending on the file and system load.
Does the AI service work outside normal service hours?
Yes. Automated processing for supported files is available independently of regular manual service hours.
Are Stage 1 and Stage 2 available?
Yes, provided the vehicle, control unit, software version and technical configuration are suitable.
What happens if my file is not supported by the AI service?
The job can then be handled through the regular file service. Special or individual datasets are not forced through automation.
Is VAT shown?
FlashWerk uses the German small-business scheme under § 19 UStG. Where the legal requirements are met, VAT is not shown.
